Digital delivery only
TravelSimply eSIMs are delivered digitally — no physical shipping is required. There are no shipping fees, customs duties, or wait times for couriers. Just install the QR code and you're ready to go.
How fast is delivery?
Your eSIM is sent to the email address you provided at checkout, usually within seconds of payment confirmation. In rare cases (e.g., card verification delays), it can take up to a few minutes.
What you'll receive
Your delivery email includes:
- A QR code you can scan from another device to install the eSIM
- A one-tap install link (if you're buying on the same phone you'll install it on)
- Your eSIM ICCID — useful for top-ups later
- Step-by-step installation instructions for both iOS and Android
Top-up delivery
Top-ups don't require a new QR code or install. Once payment is confirmed, the additional data is automatically added to your existing eSIM within seconds. You'll receive an email confirmation when it's done.
Email not arrived?
If you don't see your delivery email within 1 hour of purchase:
- Check your spam, promotions, or junk folder
- Search your inbox for "TravelSimply" or "hello@travelsimply.co"
- Confirm the email address you used at checkout was spelled correctly
- If it still hasn't arrived, email us at hello@travelsimply.co with your order number — we'll resend it manually within minutes
International availability
Because everything is digital, you can buy from anywhere in the world. There are no geographic restrictions on purchasing — the eSIM works at the destination it's built for, regardless of where you're buying it from.
