About these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of travelsimply.co and the products we sell. By using our site or buying an eSIM from us, you agree to these Terms.

TravelSimply is a registered Australian partnership (ABN 47 682 368 801).

What we sell

We sell eSIM data plans for international travel. An eSIM is a digital SIM card that you install on your phone via a QR code or activation link, providing mobile data while you travel.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or have parental consent) to buy from us. You must have an eSIM-compatible device — most iPhones from XS onward, Samsung Galaxy S20 onward, and Google Pixel 3 onward support eSIMs. Check your device manufacturer's specifications if you're unsure.

Pricing and payment

  • All prices are shown in US dollars (USD). Your bank may apply a foreign currency conversion at checkout.
  • Payment is processed securely by Shopify Payments. We accept major credit and debit cards.
  • Prices may change at any time, but the price you saw at checkout is the price you pay.

Delivery

Your eSIM activation details (QR code and install link) are emailed to you within minutes of payment. Check your spam folder if you don't see them. If your email never arrives within 1 hour, contact hello@travelsimply.co.

Activation and use

  • You're responsible for installing the eSIM on a compatible device.
  • The data plan starts when the eSIM connects to a network at your destination (or per the plan terms — typically 7 or 30 days from activation).
  • You're responsible for understanding your destination's coverage. We list supported networks on each product page.
  • The eSIM is for personal use. Reselling, hotspotting in violation of fair-use policies, or using the eSIM for high-bandwidth abuse (mining, P2P, server hosting) is prohibited.

Top-ups

If your eSIM allows top-ups, you can add data via our Top-Up page using your ICCID. Top-ups are credited to your existing eSIM and don't require a new install.

Our responsibilities

We'll do our best to provide a working, reliable eSIM service. However:

  • We don't guarantee specific data speeds, signal strength, or 5G availability — these depend on the local carrier network.
  • We don't guarantee uptime — local network outages, your destination's regulations, or your device's compatibility can affect service.
  • We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages from service issues (e.g., missed bookings, lost work) beyond the refund of your purchase price.

Nothing in these Terms excludes any rights you have under Australian Consumer Law.

Your responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information at checkout (so we can email you the eSIM).
  • Keep your eSIM details (QR code, ICCID) confidential — anyone with them can install your eSIM.
  • Comply with the laws of your destination country regarding mobile communication.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. The latest version is always at travelsimply.co/policies/terms-of-service with the updated date shown. Continuing to use our site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in NSW courts.
